Terms and Conditions

Up to 4 weeks prior to an event cancellation will be allowed subject to a £25 administration fee.  No refunds can be expected for cancellations received within 4 weeks of the date of the event.

Delegates may transfer their application to a suitably qualified colleague.

Professional Events reserve right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.

Delegate contact details will be held on the Professional Events Database and may be given to exhibitors at the event.

Terms and Conditions for Exhibitors

Professional Events reserve the right to cancel or change the date or venue of the event if they deem it necessary due to events beyond the organisers’ control.

Exhibition stand will only be reserved on receipt of full payment or required deposit.  All exhibition stands must be paid for in full at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

Exhibitions stand deposits are non-refundable.
