General Terms and Conditions

Professional Events reserve the right to cancel or change the date or venue of the event if they deem it necessary due to events beyond the organisers’ control.

If the event must be postponed, cancelled, interrupted, or curtailed due to circumstances beyond organiser's control (including but not limited to nature incident, government restrictions, third party changes or act of God), Professional Events Ltd shall not be liable for any loss incurred by any party booked on the event.

Professional Events reserves the right to substitute, waive or change, without notice, any details of the event, booking conditions and procedures.

For delegates

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

Delegates may transfer their application to a suitably qualified colleague.

Professional Events reserve right to make changes to the programme without prior notice.

For Exhibitors

Exhibition stand will only be reserved on receipt of full payment or required deposit.

Exhibitions stand deposits are non-refundable.

All exhibition stands must be paid for in full at least 3 weeks prior to the event.

Exhibitors must attend the market throughout the full operating dates and times. No stand shall be vacated prior to the closing of the event, or as determined in the setup instructions.

Professional Events will not be liable for the wellbeing of stock, equipment or persons whilst travelling, or during the event.

Professional Events shall not be held liable for guaranteeing any level of footfall or sales at the event.
